Victoria founded the charity after the tragic loss of her son in June 2018. Victoria works as a Managing director of ICS Ltd.
Victoria has also volunteered for various other charities, holding committee posts at Far Forest School and Rock Sports Football Club. Victoria has previously funded and ran programmes to help young people in the Dudley area and feels she has some professional experience of some of the issues that prevent young people reaching their potential.
She is passionate about delivering a legacy in Will’s name that delivers the sort of opportunity that Will was fortunate to have.

Elizabeth founded the charity after the tragic loss of her brother in June 2018. Elizabeth is a Managing Director with extensive experience in the education and training field. She recently won Woman of the Future 2019 and offers valuable commercial and operational input to the charity.
As well as this, Elizabeth recognises the significance of providing all young people with opportunities and pathways. Elizabeth has competed nationally in sports and attended prestigious, educational institutions, she hopes to enable others to access the same opportunities.
Gabby has worked in the voluntary sector for 8 years; as a Senior Manager with the British Red Cross and for 5 years as C.E.O. of a children’s bereavement charity. Today, she is Director of Home Matters Dementia Support CIC and Registered Manager for Home Matters Supporting People Ltd., providing support for individuals who are living with Dementia and Mental Health difficulties. Gabby feels privileged to be a Trustee of the William Mills Foundation and hopes her experience and knowledge will help the Foundation to achieve Will’s vision.
Sarah works in telecoms and cyber security. Sarah always brings a big smile, authentic ideas and an infectious enthusiasm to her role as a trustee and her involvement in our projects.
Steve is a senior GP partner in a practise in Stourbridge. He has experience managing large projects and budgets in the public sector and is always ready to give advice on our projects, finance and fundraising activity.
Jack is a recently graduated Electrical Engineer who attended university in Newcastle. He feels privileged to work with a charity so close to his heart, as he considered Will one of his best friends throughout their time together at college and university. Jack has been actively involved with the fundraising for the William Mills Foundation, namely the UK 3-Peaks Challenge and the Marathon for Mills
Cameron first met Will whilst at college, going onto to university in Newcastle with him, he lived with Will throughout their time and considers Will as one of his greatest friends, "It was genuinely hard to not have smile on your face if Will was around". Cameron has been involved with various fundraisers for the WMF, his favourite being the 3 Peaks Challenge and has many ideas for future fundraising initiatives.
